Refund policy

As a proud Canadian small business based in Ontario, we believe in providing transparent and fair service. Here is everything you need to know about refunds at PIPA Fashion.

When Your Refund Applies

You are eligible for a refund when:

  • You return an item within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is in brand-new, unused condition with tags and original packaging

  • The item is not a clearance or discounted product, a gift card, or an intimate item (unless unopened)

  • The return has been initiated through the My Account page and shipped to our Ontario location

What We Refund

  • Full-price items: Your refund will include the item’s purchase price, minus any original shipping charges and a return label flat fee of $9.

  • Clearance or discount items: These are final sale, but we can issue store credit instead - contact us if you wish to return clearance items.

  • Gift cards, used items, and intimate items: These are not eligible for refund or credit

How and When You’ll Receive It

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days

  • It may take 7 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank

Return Charges

We charge a flat fee of $9 for your return label. If you wish to return using your own label please let us know.

Need to Make an Exchange?

If you'd like to exchange an item please contact us and let us know your order number and the item(s) you'd like to replace, alongside your desired replacements. If your desired items are available we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost (minus the return label). If the item is not available, we will contact you with options such as a refund or store credit.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at service@pipafashion.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
