Unlike many online stores that appear Canadian but actually ship low-quality products directly from overseas warehouses, all our items are packed and shipped locally from our Ontario facility.

Delivery times depend on the carrier. Once itās with them, they take it from there.
Returns & Refunds
We're happy to offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase, as long as:

They have never been worn or used

They meet our return guidelines

They're shipped back to our Oakville location

Return exceptions ā no refunds or returns on:

Clearance items, sale items, or products bought with coupons or special discounts

Tights, underwear, face masks, and other intimate or sanitary items, unless unopened
