Our Return Policy:
As a proudly Canadian, family-run business based in Ontario, we believe in treating every customer with clarity and respect. All our returns are handled locally by our team, which means no overseas warehouses, no drop-shipping, and no surprises. We stand behind the quality of what we sell and want to make sure you’re confident when shopping with us.
If something doesn’t work out, here’s how our return process works:
1. Start a Return
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery by visiting our returns centre here:

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our team. If approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

Tags and original packaging must be intact

Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

Items must be shipped to our Ontario address at your own cost

Proof of purchase is required (order number, printout or note)
We do not cover return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for any item valued over $75.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

Clearance or final sale items

Products purchased with coupons or special offers

Tights, underwear, face masks, or other intimate items (unless unopened)

Used, worn, or damaged items unless damage occurred during shipping (photos required)

Gift cards
4. What Happens Next
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

We’ll confirm that they meet our return policy

You’ll receive either a refund (for eligible full-price items) or store credit (for non-refundable items)

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days from processing your return

It may take an additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank
5. Refunds and Store Credit

Refunds are issued to your original payment method for eligible full-price items

Store credit is offered for clearance, sale, or coupon-discounted items

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Exchanges
If you choose to exchange an item during the return process on our Returns Centre, we’ll ship the replacement to you at no additional cost.
If the item you’ve requested is no longer available, we’ll contact you directly to offer an alternative or issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
