Shipping & Returns

We want your shopping experience with PIPA Fashion to be smooth, reliable, and proudly Canadian. We’re a locally owned and operated business based in Ontario, and we are not a drop-shipper. Unlike many online stores that appear Canadian but actually ship low-quality products directly from overseas warehouses, all our items are packed and shipped locally from our Ontario facility.

Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship your order and how our return process works. If you have any questions at any point, please reach out. We are always happy to help.


Shipping

  • Flat‑rate shipping: $9 within Canada and the USA

  • Free shipping on all orders over $80

  • All orders ship from Ontario, Canada

  • Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days

  • Need it faster? You can upgrade to an expedited shipping option at checkout

Delivery times depend on the carrier. Once it’s with them, they take it from there.

For customers in our local area we offer free and quick local delivery.


Returns & Refunds

We're happy to offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase, as long as:

  • They have never been worn or used

  • They meet our return guidelines

  • They're shipped back to our Oakville location

  • Please note: we do not provide return shipping labels

Return exceptions – no refunds or returns on:

  • Clearance items, sale items, or products bought with coupons or special discounts

  • Used or damaged items (unless damaged upon delivery—please send us photos)

  • Tights, underwear, face masks, and other intimate or sanitary items, unless unopened

  • Gift cards
